office 2007 beta vista beta

Office 2007 Beta & Vista beta

I downloaded Office Plus 2007 Beta (why have 1 beta when you can have 2) thought I'd ask some advice before I installed it in Vista. I have Office XP installed - do I upgrade? delete Office XP and do a clean install?
I am doing this on a separate HD from my original Windows/Office XP so I am not concerned about losing any valuable files.
Any and all thoughts appreciated.

Personally, I would install it fresh. Takes less time and less chance of things messing up :)
